I predicted a little more with this particular shower head. To start with there were no washer pieces but luckily we experienced some spares, so not really a giant point. I purchased this Sept. 2011 and currently, Feb. 2, 2012 the hose broke off Once i experienced the environment on off though showering.The hand shower worked perfectly for only 3 m
